Products & selection
Start with the material and the application.
Are you a carbon black manufacturer or a trading company?
Sanjiong is a carbon black manufacturer based in Shanxi, China. Contact us directly to discuss your material requirements and request the company information relevant to your purchase.
Which carbon black grades can I inquire about?
You can use N220, N330, N550 and N660 as starting references, or send us another grade or specification. The reference pages are a selection guide; our team will confirm the current production range and availability for your inquiry.
How do I choose a grade for my application?
Tell us your finished product, rubber or polymer system, processing method and target properties. If you already use a grade, include its specification. The final choice should be evaluated in your own formulation and agreed against a written material specification.
Does the same grade name guarantee the same performance?
A grade reference alone is not a complete purchasing specification. Compare the relevant test methods, agreed limits and trial results. Processing conditions, dispersion and the complete formulation can affect the finished product.
Can rubber grades also be used in plastics, coatings or inks?
Do not assume a rubber grade is suitable for every use. Pigmentation and specialty applications may have different dispersion, color and material requirements. Share your formulation and intended use so that availability and suitability can be discussed.
Is carbon black the same as activated carbon, charcoal or soot?
No. These are different materials with different production processes and properties. Specify carbon black and the required application when making an inquiry, rather than ordering by black color alone.
Samples & quality
Make the trial and acceptance requirements clear.
Can I discuss a sample before placing an order?
Yes. Send us your target grade, application, trial quantity and delivery destination to discuss sample availability, preparation and delivery arrangements. Sample and courier charges, if any, are confirmed before dispatch.
Are samples and delivery free?
Please ask for the sample terms for your request. We do not publish a blanket promise of free samples or free shipping; arrangements depend on the material, quantity and destination.
What should I evaluate in a sample?
Use your normal formulation and process, and compare the properties important to your product. Agree what results are required before moving from a trial to a commercial order. A sample approval should be linked to the written order specification.
What technical and quality documents should I request?
Ask us about the relevant technical data sheet, safety data sheet and batch analysis documentation. Tell us which properties, methods and acceptance limits your purchasing process requires. The applicable documents and their scope must be confirmed for the material being offered.
Are typical technical values the same as guaranteed supply limits?
Not necessarily. A typical value describes a reference characteristic; an agreed limit defines an acceptance requirement. Ask which values apply to the quotation and include the required test methods and limits in the order.
Can I request an inspection before shipment?
Discuss your inspection needs before confirming the order. Agree the inspection scope, sampling approach, timing, responsible party and any charges in writing. Do not assume an inspection service is included unless it is part of the agreed terms.
Orders & packing
The details that make a quotation useful.
What information do you need for a quotation?
Include the grade or specification, application, estimated quantity, desired packing, delivery destination and target timing. Add any document or inspection requirements that are important to your approval process.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is confirmed for the grade, packing and supply arrangement in your quotation. Send your trial or regular demand so that we can discuss a suitable proposal.
Why do you not publish a fixed price per tonne?
A useful price depends on the material specification, quantity, packing, delivery arrangements and quotation validity. Request a current written quotation rather than relying on a general reference price.
Which packing options can I request?
Tell us your preferred bag size, pallet requirements, labeling needs and handling equipment. We will confirm the packing options available for the material. Do not assume a bag weight, pallet count or container loading quantity until it has been agreed.
How long does order preparation and delivery take?
Ask for the current preparation schedule for your grade and quantity. Keep the agreed shipment date separate from the estimated transit time, and confirm both in the quotation or order.
How are payment and order terms confirmed?
Confirm the specification, quantity, price, packing, schedule and payment terms in the written quotation or order before making payment. If payment details change, verify them with your established contact through a separate communication channel.
Documents & support
Get the information you need from the right contact.
How can I get the product PDF or technical information?
Email ucnb@ucnb.com or add WeChat VmaxStar with the material and documents you need. Product PDFs are supplied through the administrator rather than offered as public website downloads.
Can I send an existing specification for review?
Yes. Send the material specification, test methods and intended use. Share only the information needed for evaluation; contact us first if confidential documents need a specific handling arrangement.
What should I include when reporting a material quality question?
Contact us with the order reference, grade, batch identification, relevant photos and test results. Keep the packaging and a representative sample where practical, and describe the processing conditions so the issue can be reviewed.
Are the website images actual factory or batch photographs?
The material and application visuals currently displayed are labeled AI-generated illustrations. They are not evidence of a particular production line, factory inspection or tested batch. Ask us for the information needed for your supplier evaluation.
What if my question is not answered here?
Contact us at ucnb@ucnb.com or WeChat VmaxStar. Include the product or grade, application and the question you need answered so that the discussion can be focused.
Do these FAQs replace the terms of my order?
No. These answers are general purchasing guidance. Product specifications, pricing, sample arrangements and other commitments are confirmed in the written documents agreed for your order.
